large hole near the front, through which both the oil filler hole and the oil gauge can be reached. Lycoming 50hp top cowl Type B is used on all
ships with Lycoming 50hp engine from serial number 4034 up. On this cowl the large hole through which the oil filler hole is reached, is moved

back 8” and there is a ⁄8” hole forward for the oil gauge.
